10-Month Position

Commences September 2026

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will implement Project Based Learning in the classroom with a collaborative approach. The projects and classroom experiences will help students to select their Career & Technical Education path moving forward in their high school career, and ultimately into the workforce/higher education upon graduation. Key responsibilities include:


+ Experience with the fundamentals of technical support

+ Knowledge of hand tool projects

+ Knowledge of mechanical systems

+ Knowledge and ability to use 3D Printers

+ Knowledge of Career & Technical Education programs and pre-requisite skills students should possess upon entering these classes.


Job Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


+ NYS Certification as a Technology Teacher
