Position Overview

The Staff Product Manager is based in either Singapore or London (Canary Wharf) with an expectation to work onsite four times per week. This role reports to the Principal Enterprise Technology Engineer. The primary responsibility is to manage the squads that design, implement, and maintain enterprise‑grade technology solutions that underpin bp Shipping’s operations. The successful candidate will be experienced, innovative, ensure secure, scalable, and efficient solutions across multiple platforms, champion compliance with cybersecurity standards, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external vendors in pursuit of operational excellence.
