+ Build and lead a software engineering team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining Wealth Management applications.
+ Contribute to, and advance, the architecture and technology stack in alignment with business goals and scalability needs.
+ Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
+ Establish engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and agile methodologies.
+ Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the recruiting platform.
