            Job Description

Act as central interface between product development, process development and machine development teams.
Lead industrialization activities for stator manufacturing from concept to SOP.
Coordinate process development, equipment development and line realization.
Manage development plans, budgets, resources and milestones.
Define industrialization requirements and process specifications.
Ensure process robustness and manufacturing readiness.
Drive equipment sourcing and supplier coordination activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
8+ years of experience in industrialization or manufacturing engineering.
Strong experience in stator production technologies.
Project management experience in automotive manufacturing environment.
