The role

involves leading analysis, preparing and presenting reports to senior clients, and collaborating across functions to deliver operating model change and complex transformation programmes.

You will work with our team to support a range of assignments including: 

Driving project delivery, overseeing multiple operating model design and transformation projects simultaneously 

Leading target operating model design and implementation, including structured business analysis, functional decomposition, delivery model, data model, organisational model, governance and capability design 

Developing, planning and supporting the delivery of large change projects across technology, media and wider TMT businesses 

Designing future-state operating models resulting from core platform change, new product launches, mergers and acquisitions, start-up or scale-up activity, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalisation or wider transformation
