**Job Title: LEAD FACILITIES TECHNICIAN/CARPENTER**

**Job Description**

In this role, you will be responsible for various construction tasks including cleanup, painting, inspection, and framing for buildings. You will also engage in custom build-outs and quality repairs on modular buildings and containers.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform cleanup, painting, and area inspection.
+ Frame buildings and execute custom build-outs as directed.
+ Conduct quality repairs, refurbishment, check-ins, and modifications of modular buildings and containers.
+ Repair mobile office trailers, including tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, electrical work, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and running gear.
+ Build modular trailers, measure and cut baseboards, tear out carpet, clean and polish floors, and install doors.
+ Work with AC units and ensure all repairs and installations meet quality standards.
