Job Summary You will deliver expert technical services by installing, configuring, and maintaining printers and copier machines, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through proactive troubleshooting and inventory management.
Responsibilities - Install and configure printers and printing software to ensure optimal device performance and user experience
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime for customers
- Service printer and copier products onsite, including setup of new copier machines for installation
- Repair and maintain copier machines to extend equipment lifespan and reliability
- Provide technical support and training to customers on basic machine maintenance to empower user self-sufficiency
