**What you will do**
As a Research & Development (R&D) Technician, you will provide hands-on technical support to engineers and scientists across a variety of medical device development projects. In this role, you will work both independently and cross-functionally to support product development, testing, and process improvement. Additionally, you will:
+ Perform analytical testing using techniques such as MicroCT, SEM, DSC, and other material characterization methods to support product development and failure analysis
+ Prepare samples, operate laboratory instrumentation, and ensure proper calibration and maintenance of analytical equipment in accordance with lab standards
+ Interpret and document analytical results, correlating findings to material performance and supporting technical decision-making
