As a member of the Al's team, you'll help create a safe, welcoming, and professional shopping experience for every customer. You'll work closely with customers to share your expertise in archery equipment and firearms, as well as hunting gear, helping them find the right products for their individual needs.
The ideal candidate is confident in archery equipment, bow setup, tuning, and accessories, and has strong knowledge of firearms and general hunting gear. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, performing archery equipment services, completing required paperwork, and maintaining a secure, organized department.
Knowledge of leading archery brands such as Hoyt, Mathews, Bear Archery, PSE, and Prime Archery is strongly preferred.
