Role Purpose


The Hair Care Appraisal Lab Coordinator supports the end ‑ to ‑ end execution of Hair Care technical assessments , used for product development , marketing activation, and claims substantiation. This role ensures high ‑ quality , consistent, and digitally integrated appraisal data , to guide R&D decision ‑ making and strengthen claims rigor across the Hair Care program.



Key Responsibilities



Technical Testing & Lab Operations


+ Conduct Hair Care appraisal studies following established SOPs for in-lab technical assessments. (e.g., wet feel, dry feel, manageability, hold, breakage , shine ) to enable robust, reproducible technical readouts.



+ Prepare hair tress substrates, using treatment protocols, and controlled testing environments aligned to study requirements.
