            Job Description  Develop, write, and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation such as user guides, manuals, and release notes 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support) to ensure content accuracy and completeness 
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences 
Edit and proofread documentation to ensure consistency in tone, style, and terminology 
Organize content using structured authoring and content architecture best practices 
Manage documentation updates in line with product releases and version control processes 
Create visuals (diagrams, screenshots, workflows) to enhance user understanding 
Gather user feedback and continuously improve documentation for clarity and usability
