Position Summary

We are looking for a Technical Writer II to take on the responsibility of documenting cloud‑based services infrastructure and tooling. This role encompasses developing, maintaining, and coordinating documentation, reports, and communiques for a cloud‑based software application. Additionally, the position may require occasional after‑hours work to promptly address urgent issues and uphold uninterrupted business operations for our users.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, coordinate, and produce all end‑to‑end technical software documentation for ProjectWise, including but not limited to reports, readme and What’s New publications, API documentation, user manuals, implementation and setup guides, for both print and online formats
• Interview ProjectWise subject matter experts for the purposes of gathering and dissecting relevant information for documentation
