Accountabilities

• Maintain, revise, manage and deliver the Manual Revision to the Operations in coordination with other stakeholders.
• Ensure EFB applications are maintained up to date.
• Ensure that Company mandatory training is completed on time.
• Maintain and update GCAA-approved manuals and OEM publications Airbus and Boeing.
• Create accurate PDF, HTML and XML versions of all Operational Documentation to ensure printed and electronic documents are of a consistent high quality.
• Construct, maintain, and update standard templates for all manuals and publications.
• Assist other department in formatting operational documents to ensure professional look and common appearance.
• Responsible for timely issuance of Flight Operations Bulletins, Cabin Bulletins, Flight Crew Technical Notice and Dispatch Standing Instructions.
