Provide accurate and timely resolutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when required.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. This is US Process voice support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, internet connectivity, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service will be an added advantage.
