TEKsystems Enterprise Transportation and Logistics customer is looking to add an experienced support representative to their team due to internal promotion. There are roughly 5 others peers on this team supporting roughly 2500 corporate users. There are 26000 total employees but mainly only support corporate and some of the maintenance environments. Most if not all work comes directly from ServiceNow ticketing system. The role will be a mix of everything from Hardware/software support, imaging new pcs, Provisioning access, patches of devices. There is a goal to automate as many processes as possible so experience with Powershell would be a massive plus. This position demands someone with positive energy and emotional IQ. Responsible for supporting the fleet of PC’s, laptops, and Thin Client devices including imaging of OS, application sets and peripheral devices.
