Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with experience as a Technical Support Manager, IT Support Manager, Service Desk Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Technical Team Leader, Senior Support Engineer, Infrastructure Support Engineer or IT Operations Lead.
- We need strong technical support and Microsoft cloud experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID / Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, endpoint management, VPN technologies, SaaS platforms, CRM systems, cybersecurity or vulnerability management tools would be highly beneficial.
- Zoho CRM experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- We value strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, process improvement and ownership.
- Experience leading or developing a support team would be beneficial.
