Job Summary:

The Technical Support Advisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers regarding consumer electronic products. This role requires strong communication, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills to effectively resolve customer concerns and deliver excellent service.



Qualifications:

At least High School graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate

Must have at least 1 year of BPO experience handling a voice campaign

With at least 6 months of basic troubleshooting experience

Good understanding of consumer electronic products

Strong technical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Computer literate and able to navigate multiple systems

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
