 Our client is looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join their machine tool automation company based in Milton Keynes. 
 
  About the company
  Our client is one of the UK’s leading firms that provide automation solutions to engineering companies. Their products include barfeeding and robotic automation equipment as well as other precision engineering solutions.
 
  About the role
  As a Technical Support Administrator, you will work closely with the Service Co-ordinator scheduling Field Engineers’ jobs and workload, process purchase orders and be the main point of contact for:
 Service telephone calls
 Field Engineers on site
 All spares enquiries and quotes, ensuring the correct parts go out on time to the customer
 Following training, provide technical service support to include problem solving and fault diagnosis
 Full product training will be given.
