Reporting to the Technical Director, New Nuclear Development, the Technical SME will assist in construction planning and reviews for new nuclear power plant projects. The planning and review scope includes constructability and design reviews, site layout development, schedule development and optimization, labor market analysis, and other related duties as assigned.

The Technical SME will be responsible for the overall field execution plan. This position will be accountable for all pre-execution planning activities to ensure all necessary construction packages have been reviewed and are available for use. The Technical SME will be responsible for all site execution matters, including direct-hire and subcontracted labor supervision, safe and timely performance of the work, and ensuring quality standards are maintained.
