Technical Service Specialist Core lab (Based in Gerona 80% - Cataluña/Andorra 20%)
Primary Objective
The Technical Service Specialist is responsible for performing planned maintenance activities, hardware and software upgrades (TSBs), installations and deinstallations and also first line support to assigned instruments.
Major Accountabilities
- Provide field service support and technical troubleshooting for assigned instruments.
- Schedule and perform planned maintenance (PM) activities.
- Provide proactive service using Abbott remote diagnostics tools.
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to customers.
- Perform instrument upgrades and technical service bulletins (TSBs).
- Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS).
- Act as a trusted partner and technical advisor to customers.
