Job Overview
The Admin Operations Iberia role is responsible for the administrative management of technical service operations across Iberia. The position coordinates daily activities related to repairs, training, and deployments, captures and analyzes data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, promotes service products to customers, and manages service contracts in alignment with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Operational service management and coordination: plan and prioritise tasks, track KPIs/SLAs, and coordinate with the field team, Customer Support Manager, and internal stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management and escalation handling: proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders, manage incidents/disputes, and support decision‑making through regular reporting.
