BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a proven Technical Sales Representative to lead sales efforts across our crop input portfolio, including crop nutrients, crop enhancement products, and crop protection solutions, with a strong focus on greenhouse growers in British Columbia. This role is built for a sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, has technical credibility with growers, and understands the operational needs of the greenhouse sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of crop nutrient, protection, and enhancement products within Canada with focus on BC.
• Achieves or surpasses monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Leverage existing relationships to drive customer acquisition and retention.
