- Lead and conclude all deals with Vietnamese customers, in coordination with internal technical teams and/or outsourcing suppliers. - Communicate daily with customers to follow up on all inquiries/orders/projects and initiate the sale opportunity proactively. - Ensure all documents are properly translated between English & Vietnamese, to avoid being lost in translation and lead to inappropriate interpretation. - Attend and actively participate in industry conferences. - Considerable business travel (domestic and international) required - Other duties assigned by the direct manager.
