YOUR TASKS

• Customer relationship management and distribution partner collaboration
• Build and maintain customer’s and partner’s relationship by understanding the needs and provide professional business solution
• Handling of all project- and sales related topics
• Support in tradeshows, fairs etc as well as customer visits
• Visit customer and project sites on frequent basis
• Technical support - Provide technical support
• Assist in layouting and product selection/configuration for projects
• Conduct product related trainings
• Internal communication with Sales team and Headquarter
• Develop sales and pricing strategy to different markets in Asia Pacific region
• Prepare forecast demand for Asia Pacific region (commercial/technical)
• Coordinate with technical team and get the latest product knowledge
