The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the various activities related to the development of the company’s business in the assigned area by providing proper customer servicing to ensure that customers’ expectations are met to their delight and satisfaction. This role manages a number of Distributors, Dealers and Key Accounts/ End Users in the assigned area and coordinates the various requirements of customers with other concerned functions or parties both internal and external.
The Key Result Areas of the Technical Sales Executive include Sales, Collection of Accounts Receivables (from assigned clients), Account Management and/or Customer Servicing.
