You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and new hire orientation, while also supporting employee status changes and exit processes. The position requires a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, the ability to work independently with significant latitude, and the capability to lead or guide others in achieving hiring goals. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA.
