Job Description
What You’ll Do
• Full lifecycle recruitment for Data Science and AI Engineering roles
• Proactively source active and passive tech talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support current hiring needs
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens
• Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communications throughout the process
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System and support reporting needs
• Support recruitment campaigns and high-volume hiring efforts as needed
