Key Responsibilities

• Technically leads deployment and set up of Actionable Insights Accelerator (AIx) and Wafer Results Analytics (WRA) servers at customer sites and internal labs.
• Provides onsite and remote technical support of AIx and WRA servers SW/HW during initial installation & regular server maintenance and during the manufacturing/testing process.
• Provides technical support to team members in other geographical areas.
• Provides technical support for remote connectivity installations and troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing tools, AIx, and WRA.

Leadership

• Demonstrates leadership skills within own team and local Account Teams.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers on AIx and WRA server HW/SW & networking issues.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requ...
