Role Summary
Leads day-to-day execution of low-voltage cabling workstreams within an area/zone, translating standards into work plans, coordinating crews, and owning schedule and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage cabling execution for assigned zones: workface planning, crew sequencing, constraint removal, and daily progress tracking.
- Coordinate with construction trades for pathway readiness, access windows, and permit/safety requirements; ensure site rules compliance.
- Own in-process quality for the zone: inspections for cable routes, support, bend radius, slack storage, termination workmanship, and labeling adherence.
- Manage zone-level documentation: redlines, cable schedules, completion checklists, and turnover packets for the area.
- Support test and remediation workflow; drive closure of defects and ensure retest completion.
