Introduction: ARServices is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager – PPBE Coordinator to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research and Development (RD) Directorate, Chemical and Biological Department, Research Operations Division (RD-CBC). This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong financial management, PPBE, and programmatic coordination experience in DoD or government contracting environments. You will serve as the primary interface for Congressional response coordination (R-Forms) and lead CB Department-level Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) activities, including POM development, budget formulation, and execution. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate, and integrated support across the Chemical and Biological Department to advance research operations and warfighter-focused CWMD capabilities.
