  • 3. Maintain the following records:
  • a. Issue register
  • b. Risk register
  • c. Daily log
  • d. Lesson log
  • 4. Kick-Off meeting between Sales and Project Team
  • 5. Lead the defined project team
  • 6. Project Kick-Off meeting with customers.
  • 7. To have clear matrix of responsibility or work share between RSMY / principle / customers / vendors / suppliers / sub-contractors
  • 8. Liaise with any external suppliers or account managers
