Required Skills:
8+ years of IT experience with strong Technical Program Management expertise
Hands-on experience in AWS migration projects
Strong understanding of Java backend development
Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices architecture
Knowledge of Kafka, Docker, and Kubernetes
Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
