            Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience. 
5 years of experience in program or technical project management. 
Experience with IP transit/peering, dark fiber, colocation, optical transport, and cloud technologies and industry processes. 
Experience in telecommunications at carrier-class scale, with experience of optical networks, DWDM, IP and data services. 
Experience presenting to executive audiences to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectives. 
Preferred qualifications: Experience defining system or process requirements, building, integrating, or delivering layer 1, layer 2 or layer 3 network systems. 
Experience in coding and frameworks with SQL, R, Go or Python. 
Experience with documentation coding frameworks such as Markdown, Graphviz, PlantUML.
