            Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. 
2 years of experience in program management. 
Experience with process improvement in the telecom or data center infrastructure space. 
 Preferred qualifications:  Experience with data center, networking, or telecom operations. 
Experience working in organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.). 
Experience in Network, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or other Engineering related field. 
Experience in co-location and data center operations. 
Excellent investigative, quantitative, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
