Technical Operator (night shift)

Working Hours

The shift is 11pm-11am, and the position includes a 37% shift premium on top of the base salary.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate high‑speed packaging lines, ensuring good product quality and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with equipment or processes, taking appropriate action to minimise downtime.
• Monitor product quality and adjust as needed to meet required standards.
• Ensure all machinery is properly maintained and serviced regularly.
• Collaborate with other operators and technicians to optimise line performance and address any challenges encountered.
