Technical Officer (Pollution) needed in Bradford, £16.08ph – PAYE – Reference:

Technical Officer 1 is to focus primarily on one specific investigation.

They will be expected to:

• Respond to pollution events
• Act as a point of contact for complainants and Interested Parties
• Manage and track actions required in the investigation
• Be responsible for responding to FOIs and replies to emails sent by the community
• Meet stakeholders face to face
• Gather information and intelligence and obtain any witness statements that are needed by Officers

This Technical Officer would be expected to be in Bradford each working day and will report directly to the Environmental Health Manager whilst supporting Officers and the Principal Environmental Health Manager.

Technical Officer 2 will need to work on district, so it is expected that they will typically be in Bradford three or four days a week, ...
