            Responsibilities  Manage the technical function throughout the project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover. 
Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist theming drawings and technical submissions. 
Manage the preparation and review of shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and engineering proposals. 
Coordinate with consultants, clients, specialist subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and constructability issues. 
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements. 
Support construction teams by providing technical guidance during execution. 
Review and assess value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions. 
Coordinate technical activities with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and Construction functions.
