(What the role is) We are looking for a passionate candidate to join the Caller Name ID Registry (CNIR) team to combat scams in Singapore. The CNIR is one of the latest anti-scam initiatives lead by IMDA who has appointed SGNIC to set up, operate and maintain the Central Registry of registered caller name IDs which will be used as a source of truth by telcos to verify and tag authenticated calls under the CNIR initiative. This Technical Manager role oversees the CNIR systems, and is responsible for ensuring and enhancing the systems' security, stability, resilience and data integrity while working closely with and support stakeholders across business users, vendors and internal teams, to achieve organisational excellence and strategic outcomes of SGNIC.
