About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Field Representative to join our Gisborne team, providing technical and sales advice to existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
You will work closely with the local store team, and the wider business, sharing knowledge and delivering technical and practical sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify client needs and provide sound, accurate product and farming advice
- Develop farm systems solutions aligned with client farming practices
- Communicate new technologies and technical knowledge to clients
- Be a trusted and accessible source of technical expertise, responding to client requests in line with PGG Wrightson’s service standards
- Support clients, colleagues and suppliers by answering queries and resolving issues
