To act as NED’s subject matter authority for solar PV and BESS technologies, ensuring all technical assumptions, designs, and performance parameters are robust, bankable, and aligned with long‑term value creation across projects, investments, and transactions.

Accountability & Responsibility

• Lead technical strategy for solar PV and BESS across development, construction, operations, and transactions.
• Review and approve PV system design assumptions including DC/AC ratio, tracking vs fixed tilt, bifacial gains, degradation, and availability.
• Lead BESS technical assessments covering sizing, EMS/BMS architecture, degradation, cycling strategy, and grid‑forming capabilities.
