Role Overview Technical Executive / Senior Technical Executive (School of Design)
Responsibilities - Provide technical/mentorship support to students, staff and lecturers in the fabrication workshop, which includes but is not limited to wood, metal and plastic works and the machines.
- Curate, conduct or assist in the delivery of classes/courses for different stakeholders.
- Support the introduction of new workshop equipment and undertake training as appropriate.
- Manage assets and participate in related activities associating with assets.
- Manage procurement for classes, events/activities and the fabrication workshop.
- Conduct periodic review of fabrication workshop processes and procedures to achieve optimal operational efficacy.
