Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and project management for IP-based Access Control Systems, Time Attendance Systems, Video Intercom Systems, and Home Automation Solutions.
Design wiring diagrams and perform system configuration, testing, and commissioning.
Conduct on-site training for clients, vendors, and project team members.
Implement and configure internet and Wi-Fi settings for smart home and automation systems.
Install, maintain, and support IT infrastructure services, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, DFS, WSUS, and IIS.
Configure and implement wired and wireless network solutions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and in accordance with technical requirements.
