Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Engineer to support Microsoft 365 and Active Directory operations across multiple customers. This role focuses mainly on identity, access, user provisioning, and general M365 administration. Experience with SCCM/Intune is not required but will be considered an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 Support:
- Perform user administration tasks such as account creation, profile updates, licensing assignment, and mailbox support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Active Directory / Entra ID:
- Manage user accounts, groups, password resets, and access permissions across on-prem Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Execute routine AD maintenance activities including OU updates and group membership changes.
