We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to take ownership of complex technology initiatives, working across multiple stakeholders to drive delivery from planning to production. This role offers genuine end-to-end delivery ownership, with accountability from planning through to production within a complex banking technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives within core banking and payments
• Translate high-level objectives into clear delivery plans and executable workstreams
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery constraints
• Work closely with business stakeholders, internal engineering teams, and external delivery partners
• Act as a key interface between technology teams and vendor partners
• Own delivery across Agile and Waterfall workstreams as required...
