We’re looking for a Technical Artist to join a fast‑moving VR organization, working hands‑on in a proprietary real‑time engine. This role requires a strong balance of technical skill, product judgment, and the confidence to manage scope, timelines, and expectations in a complex environment.

• Work directly within a proprietary real‑time engine to support VR development initiatives
• Partially manage and collaborate with external vendors, ensuring quality and alignment with internal standards
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams, providing technical guidance and thoughtful pushback when needed
• Advocate for realistic timelines and scope, maintaining strong ownership over workload and priorities
• Apply strong product sense to technical decisions, balancing feasibility with impact
