Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Welding and Fitting, or relevant training in the field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in steel structures or metal fabrication; Strong ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols; Comfortable with computer tools, including Excel, the Mobilis suite, and traceability tools; Demonstrated autonomy, resourcefulness, and excellent technical judgment; Strong attention to detail and rigor; Team-oriented mindset; Knowledge of English (an asset).
