We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Technical Administrator to work within our Investments team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of a planned programme of works, replacing major components in our properties. You’ll distribute work instructions directly to front-line operational staff or contractors, assist with ensuring data accuracy across our systems and respond to customer enquiries and complaints professionally and in line with our service standards.
