About the Role
Conduct road shows, product demonstrations, and on-site activations to promote tile fixing solutions.
Train applicators, contractors, and distributor staff on proper product usage and application techniques.
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting at project locations.
Build and maintain relationships with applicators and distributors to enhance product adoption.
Ensure compliance with company standards and application guidelines.
Assist sales team in achieving targets through technical support and customer engagement.
Your Skills and Experience
Diploma/B-Tech in Civil Engineering
5-7 years of experience in the relevant field
Strong practical knowledge of tile fixing and construction practices
Hands-on approach with willingness to travel extensively
Ability to train and influence applicators and customers
Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills
