Job Summary:
The Ultrasound Technologist performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures, producing high-quality images essential for patient evaluation. They ensure accurate documentation, equipment maintenance, and efficient patient care throughout their shift.
Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of ultrasound examinations according to departmental protocols.
• Prepare and process imaging films, ensuring proper documentation of services rendered.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
• Transport patients safely to and from the department and assist with positioning during procedures.
• Manage scheduled and unscheduled exams efficiently to optimize departmental workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold patient privacy during all procedures.
