Reporting to the Centre Director, the Team Mentor plays a key leadership role in maintaining high-quality learning environments across all age groups. This role includes mentoring educators, modeling best practices, supporting curriculum implementation, and ensuring compliance with CCEYA standards. As a role model to children, families, and colleagues, the Team Mentor helps create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This is a contract position ending August 2027. This is an on‑site role based at a designated Childventures campus.
